Two forces personnel, civilian injured in Srinagar grenade attack
Two forces personnel and a civialian were injured after unknown persons hurled a grenade towards a deployment party of CRPF in Nawab Bazar chowk of Srinagar city.
A local news gathering agency Kashmir News Trust quoting sources reported that a grenade was tossed a troopers of 36 Battalion that exploded with a bang, leaving at least three persons including a civilian injured.
The injured have been identified as Constable Fayaz Ahmed, trooper Harish Kumar, and civilian Hazik Ali, a resident of Chanapora who runs a poultry shop.
The condition of the injured are stated to be stable. The area was cordoned off after the attack, however, no arrests were made. (KNT)
