Tricolor hoisted on various buildings in Srinagar city including State Taxes and SMHS

On Saturday, police hoisted tricolor on various buildings in Srinagar city. In the State Taxes department complex at Solina the tricolor was installed in the main building complex.
Similarly tricolor was hoisted on the top of the SMHS hospital over the roof on Saturday. Recently the government has instructed its various wings to hoist tricolor on the buildings.
The first such order was issued by the district authorities of Ganderbal, who issued an order for this purpose and it was obeyed by all the government departments in the district.
The JK administration has in the recent past instructed all the officials in various wings to hoist tricolor on the government buildings.
It is in place to mention that tricolor was hoisted on the civil secretariat while the state flag of Jammu and Kashmir flag was pulled down by the authorities when the article 370, was abrogated on August 5, 2019.
