Tuesday see heat wave in full bloom across Kashmir

Temperatures have been soaring high across Kashmir valley from the past three days with hot day on Tuesday. As the people are mostly indoors due to the second wave of the pandemic, most of the young boys and children were seen going to water bodies to beat the wave by swimming and by taking a bath.
Recently the MET department has said that the heat wave will continue for a few more days but claimed that the temperatures will not be beyond 33 degrees Celsius.
However there is a prediction of rainfall in Kashmir valley from Friday that is 11 June, 2021.
On Monday highest temperature was recorded in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district where officials said the temperature settled at 32.8 degrees Celsius.
In and around Dal Lake, a lot of young boys were seen taking dip in the waters and many of them remained there to have a bath. Similarly many young boys were seen swimming at various points in the river Jhelum while most of the children were seen beating the heat by taking a dip in water bodies.
