Hirdesh Kumar appointed as chief electoral officer, Jammu and Kashmir
The Election Commission of India on Monday appointed Hirdesh Kumar as the chief electoral officer of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory. He will replace Shailendra Kumar, with effect from the date he assumes charge. An order to this effect was issued by B C Patra, Secretary, Election Commission of India. GK
