Covid-19: Doda administration starts 24×7 Tele medical services in the district

Aimed at to provide medical services to the needy people during ongoing lockdown restrictions

DODA, APRIL 16: On the directions of District Development Commissioner, Dr Sagar D Doifode, health department has started tele medicine services in the district to provide medical consultation through telephone/whatsapp/video calls to patients/needy of the district during on-going lockdown restrictions.

Moreover with the start of this service, it will also provide/arrange medicines for those patients suffering from various diseases like cancer, heart problems, renal failure etc. A team of doctors have been deputed to control room at DC office for medical consultation to patients through whatsapp and video call.

The district administration has appealed the public to dial the designated numbers of the deputed staff and avail these services from their respective areas without violating the lockdown restrictions amid Covid-19.

People can avail the services at any time by contacting the deputed medical staff including Dr Adil Hamid 6005812799 (MO) from 8 am-2 pm, Dr Amjad Iqbal 7006471687(MO) 2 pm-8 pm, and Dr Vijay Kumar 7006372068,  8 pm to 8 am.
