27 More Test Positive As J&K’s COVID-19 Tally Crosses 400-Mark

Srinagar, April 22 : Twenty seven more people have tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Kashmir as J&K’s COVID-19 surpassed 400.

Official sources told GNS that among the fresh cases, 25 were found positive at Viral Diagnostic Lab of SKIMS and two others at CD Hospital.

“489 samples reports were received at SKIMS Srinagar, out of which 25 samples returned positive,” a senior doctor told GNS.

Among the cases, 14 are from Heerpora Shopian, 6 from Bandipora, 4 from Muqam-e-Shahwali Kupwara and one from Sopore area of Baramulla, the doctor said.

Meanwhile, among 121 test reports at CD, two turned out to be positive, taking the J&K’s overall tally to 407.
