3 troopers injured in Chadoora grenade attack
Budgam, Apr 24, KNT: A grenade blast left 3 troopers injured in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Sources told KNT that militants hurled a grenade on the troopers of 29 Battalion CRPF. The grenade exploded with a bang leaving 3 CRPF personnel injured.
The incident occurred at Dooniwara area of Chadoora.
Reports said that 2 motorcycle borne youth tossed the grenade and escaped from the spot.
The injured troopers have been identified as Inspector CD Mahesh Chand, CT/GD Parkash Rao and CT/GD K. Sirnu. (KNT)
