The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir today felicitated people on the very auspicious occasion of Eid Ul Azha, praying for their wellbeing and prosperity.
In his message of felicitations, G.A. Mir termed Eid Ul Azha a unique and very pious occasion, which marks the supreme sacrifices of Prophet Hazrat Ibrahim  (PBUH) please Almighty Allah.
Eid Ul Azha is a true message of peace and tranquility and teaches the entire mankind to live in harmony, love and respect the humanity. This symbolic occasion of sacrifices will continue to guide the mankind, leading them at the path of peace, truthfulness and righteousness, G.A. Mir said.
On this occasion I pray to Almighty to strengthen the bonds of harmony and unity in the country and bring smiles on the faces of people especially poor and needy, G.A. Mir said.
Let the auspicious occasion of Eid Ul Azha usher in an era of peace and inclusive development of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh, JKPCC President added and wished a very happy and prosperous Eid ul Azha to people of the entire Country.
On this occasion, G.A. Mir appealed the people to follow the SOPs while sacrificing the animals, as that, the Covid-19 disease is at its peak and we need to be more cautious about the safety of people, therefore thee was need to fight the disease collectively.  G.A.Mir said.
JKPCC President also emphasized the people to celebrate Eid with austerity and extend possible help to poor and needy people, which is the true message of this auspicious occasion (Eid Ul Azha)
