DC Kulgam holds meeting with Traders association
KULGAM, JUNE 02: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today chaired a meeting of Traders association Kulgam at the mini-secretariat here.
The meeting was convened after partial unlocking was ordered in the district and was attended by ADC, ACR, DSP-HQ, besides the President of traders association along with other members.
During the meeting, the trade association members were apprised about their role in ensuring adherence to SOPs and guidelines in markets to stop the spread of virus.
The DC also instructed them to adhere to the roster of opening of shops/ business establishments issued by administration strictly to ensure decline in unnecessary rush in markets.
He said that people shall not lower the guard and shall adhere to SOPs and guidelines strictly to prevent further spread of Covid.
Dr Bilal sought cooperation of all stakeholders in the district and urged every person above the age of 45 years who are still unvaccinated to get themselves vaccinated at an earliest.
