JDA team warns defaulter of illegal construction
JAMMU, MAY 13: In compliance to directions of Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority, a team of officers and officials headed by Chief Enforcement Officer along with police officials and other supporting staff took cognizance of illegal construction carried out by Manohar Singh, Resident of Ban-Panjgrain at village Ban.
The construction was carried out in violation of the provisions as laid down under BOCA Act and JMP-2032.
The team directed the violator to restrain from carrying out any type of illegal construction without seeking permission from competent authority else action as warranted under rule shall be initiated against them.
