YOUTH POWER
The government of Jammu and Kashmir has been focusing on youth power and has tried in the recent past to provide them all the platforms so that their talent does not go waste.
Apart from the career opportunities, the government is trying to give them better physical opportunities to tone their health by providing youth clubs and also building the sports infrastructure so that they can make their lives better.
Recently LG Manoj Sinha addressed the Special Convocation of University of Kashmir, focusing on the youth power in Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that Kashmir University to play a big role in J&K’s knowledge economy and convergence of higher education, skill training.
NEP allows students to learn things that matter, relevant to ever-changing world and the students of Jammu and Kashmir should not miss any opportunity to learn and to earn with pride and respect
To be future-ready, educational institutions will have to focus on re-skilling; up-skilling & new-skilling were some of the key mantras given by Manoj Sinha during his speech at the special convocation of University of Kashmir.
The responsibility of building a great nation and a prosperous Jammu & Kashmir rests on the shoulders of youth and the government has to provide the opportunities and level playing field for them to show their talent and capabilities.
