Reasi district in Jammu division is under the focus of Jammu and Kashmir administration and recently they held a public interaction program with the Union Minister in order to get the focus on the pace of work here.

The Union Minister while interacting with public representatives said that the Government is making best efforts to ensure that benefits of development reach all sections of the society without discrimination. The Minister assured that all the demands of the people in the area will be fulfilled on a priority basis.

He said that the purpose of his visit is to assess the progress of implementation of Government schemes on the ground and get a direct response from the public.

He added that efforts are being made to ensure equitable development and corruption free government for the overall welfare of the society.

Emphasizing on the Central Government’s commitment to bring a new era of Development  in J&K, he said that it is for the first time in the history of J&K that Central Ministers are visiting villages to interact and get the first hand appraisal of their problems and feedback about the implementation of the schemes.

There has been a massive public outreach program of central ministers in Jammu and Kashmir and they have been visiting many districts in various areas in order to see for themselves the pace of development and the implementation of different schemes.
