First Covid19 case reported in Ganderbal
Ganderbal, April 05 (KNS): The fourteen cases which were declaration positive today includes first positive case of corona virus from Ganderbal also.
An official said the victim belongs to Gazhama Wakura of Ganderbal who was shifted to March 25 SKIMS Soura with Covid19symptoms.
The doctors had asked him to stay in the quarantine at home?
Confirming the first positive case of the corona virus in Ganderbal Deputy commissioner Shafqat Iqbal, told Kashmir News Service (KNS) ‘the corona virus test of a Citizen from Gazhama Wakura has come positive.
According to the victim he has travel history from Jammu .He said that the person is affiliated with tablighi jamaat.
The victim is admitted in a separate ward at COVID-19 hospital at Ganderbal.
DDc said area monitoring has been started.
” We want everyone’s support. If a citizen has any sign of corona virus, he should approach the hospital by himself ”
Guzhama village in Ganderbal district was declared as red zone and Batpora and Khanpora villages as buffer zones to prevent the spread of corona virus in the area (KNS)
