There are hundreds of students from Jammu and Kashmir presently stranded in some countries where corona virus infection has taken lot of human toll. Most of such students are currently in Iran and recently parents of these students met Foreign Minister Jaishankar who had come to Srinagar.

He assured them that the central government will take all possible steps to provide help to these students and also assured that the government will take final call on how to get them back to Kashmir valley.

Recently administration has taken number of steps in order to provide some relief to the people who feel that they have been infected or such people from Jammu and Kashmir who is presently in other countries.

In this direction, government has set up a control room with presence of doctors who are providing advice and also technical guidance to such people who need it.

The administration has encouraged one and all seeking relevant information or assistance based in or outside Jammu & Kashmir to contact the control room and expect the quickest response and action to concerns raised.

In order to ensure smooth and purposeful operation of the control room the administration has also put in place officers who will monitor this operation and have direct contact with the higher ups in the administration.

Despite all these efforts taken by the administration, common people in Jammu and kashmir4 are in the web of panic and fear. They need more such steps from the government especially those parents who want that there wards should be brought back from those infected countries where they have forced by the circumstances to remain indoors
