Boy drowns to death in Bandipora village
Bandipora, June 08 (KNS): Minor drowned to death in a pond at Zalpora village of Sumbal in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Monday an official said.
The minor was identified as Ali Muhammad Kachroo, son of Muhammad Akbar Kachroo, 4, of Zalapora Nowgam slipped into the water pond at his home in Zalpora.
An official said that body of the minor was fished out from the pond and was handed over to the family.
Meanwhile a police officer have also confirmed the death of a minor and said the minor drowned in local pond, he however said that investigation has been are on in this regard (KNS)
