In order to provide additional sources of income to the farmers, JK administration has been working not only on the schemes but also to do the events so that the farmers get the benefit of such events and result in their economic growth.
Government provides a single platform for sale/purchase of high-quality livestock breeds that will strengthen J&K’s Dairy sector and the events like farm Mela’s play a great role for the farmers to get the better price of their produce.
Recently LG Manoj Sinha said that his administration plans to establish 800 new dairy units, besides establishing 26 mobile veterinary clinics this year.
He also handed over the subsidy cheques to the beneficiaries on the occasion while the event was organized for the animal husbandry sector in Jammu division.
