Enforcement teams recover Rs 200 fine from violators
RAMBAN, MAY 24: As per District Immunization Officer Ramban, Dr. Suresh, the Health Department on Tuesday administered Covid Vaccine Doses to 144 persons including 75 children in the age group of 12-14.
Continuing the enforcement drive to implement Covid protocol, the Enforcement teams fined violators for roaming without wearing face masks and for not maintaining physical distance.
The enforcement teams, during the inspection in their respective jurisdictions, recovered a fine of Rs. 200 from violators. The Enforcement officers urged the people to wear face masks and maintain physical distance besides taking Covid vaccination doses at their nearest CVC.
As per daily bulletin issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Ramban, Dr. Mohammad Fareed Bhat, the Health Department has collected 1579 samples including 608 RT-PCR and 971 RAT samples besides administering Covid vaccine to 144 persons at various dedicated Vaccination Centres in the district.
