Developmental scenario
The Government of Jammu and Kashmir is maintaining a focus on developmental scenarios in every district. They have taken a slew of measures to make the administration transparent and responsive.
There is a growing coordination between different wings of the government on the ground so that common people are benefitted.
In this connection recently Div Com Jammu visited Rajouri and reviewed the development scenario of the district.
He asked the officers to maintain interdept’l coordination to ensure timely completion of works in Rajouri.
He interacted with PRIs, and discussed development issues. He paid a visit to Rajouri and took a comprehensive review of the developmental activities being carried out in the district here in a meeting of the concerned officers.
He was briefed in detail about the physical and financial progress achieved in various schemes and programs being implemented by different departments in the district.
Taking stock of the financial progress under District Capex budget 2021-22, against the total outlay of 91959.16 lacs, the total expenditure incurred as of now is 83.87 percent. While taking note of meagre expenditure by some sectors, the Div Com directed to achieve the financial targets with the shortest possible time, and directed for 100 percent expenditure under different schemes.
